Information you choose to provide

When you contact us, we receive the name, company, email address, phone number, message and any file you choose to attach. We use this information to answer enquiries, discuss specifications and quotations, and communicate about potential or confirmed orders. Messages and attachments sent by email may also be retained in our business mailbox.

If you sign up for our newsletter, we record your email address, your subscription preference and when you confirm it. We use it to send Huzaro product and company updates. Subscribing is optional and separate from sending an enquiry.

Newsletter choices

Newsletter messages include a link to unsubscribe. You can also request removal or a change of email preference by writing to info@huzaroleather.com. An unsubscribe stops future newsletter sends; we may keep the minimum record needed to respect your choice. Unconfirmed signups are not sent newsletters.

Cookies and outside services

This website uses temporary session cookies so forms and the administration area can work. For signup abuse prevention, we also temporarily keep a hash derived from the requester's IP address to limit repeated attempts, and delete old rate-limit records. The contact page embeds Google Maps, and the website may load fonts or other resources from third-party providers. Those services may receive technical information, such as your IP address, when their content loads. Links to WhatsApp or social media take you to those services and their own privacy practices.

Where information goes and how long we keep it

Our hosting, email and communications providers process information needed to operate the site and respond to you. We keep enquiries and business correspondence for as long as reasonably needed for the enquiry, any resulting business relationship or applicable record-keeping obligations. Newsletter details are kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to remove them, subject to retaining a limited record of an opt-out.
